Courtney is an Administrative and Finance Associate at the Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law. Prior to her current role, she served as a Faculty Assistant at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and also has prior experience in the banking and venture capital industries.

Courtney grew up in Minnesota and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from St. Cloud State University. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, baking and hiking with her partner and their two dogs.
