CDDRL’s Program on Arab Reform and Development (ARD) seeks to hire a part-time undergraduate research assistant to provide support for an ARD-sponsored course offering during the winter quarter. Candidates should have some background in political science or international relations, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with the Canvas system, and an ability to commit to attending regular lectures (Thursdays 1:30-4:20pm beginning January 8). This position will involve working for approximately 5-8 hours/week.
Example responsibilities include:
- Attending weekly lectures, note-taking, and assisting in setting up AV equipment
- Setting up and updating course material on Canvas and assisting in record keeping
