Checklist for Application

To be submitted with online application:

• Letter of application (No more than 3 pages)
• CV
• Statement of proposed research (5-10 pages)
• Copies of all prior transcripts (Undergraduate, Masters)
•  3 Letters of Recommendations (submitted directly by referee)

All pre- and postdoctoral applicants must also include an official Ph.D. transcript. Electronic Transcripts must originate from the university registrar's office via a secure site formally linked to the sending institution. Send to cddrl_fellowship@stanford.edu.   

• Official set of your most recent doctoral transcript (Must be sent directly from the Registrar) *Please note that we are unable to accept transcripts sent directly from applicant
