Brazilian Support Service for the Development of Small Businesses in Slums

Jose Luiz leads the education and social innovation area for micro entrepreneurs at SEBRAE/RJ. He is an expert in small business development and has been involved in numerous projects aimed at improving favela's residents lives. He has been an active community leader and social activist since 1980, fighting in favor of initiatives to improve the wellbeing of favela's residents. Luiz de Lima is a historian and received his master degree in sociology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro Rio.
