Programa Jóvenes con Porvenir Govierno de Zapopan

Hector Robles is the Mayor of Zapopan, located in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. He received his MS from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and a Ph.D. in Public Policy the University of Texas. He has been Municipal Political Counselor, Councilman and the General Director for Social Development of Zapopan. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Director of Strategic Programs for Tax Administration Service and Economic Researcher in the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). Furthermore, he has been professor at the University of Guadalajara, Jalisco College and the Ibero-American University.
